We had a major water leak from a faulty installed dishwasher in our brand new kitchen. After calling GM Shawn, he let us know that Fernando would call us back shortly. He did and let us know that his team would be with us in 30 minutes. This is on a Friday evening. Crew Chief George and technician Luis showed up within the promised time frame. These guys were awesome. They spent an extraordinary amount of time and effort removing baseboards and setting up equipment. George’s experience and way of explaining the process made a very frustrating event a lot more bearable. We can only highly recommend George and SERVPRO.
