Technicians George and Leo came out to our dealership yesterday afternoon to perform the remediation on a vehicle. Within 1 hour, we lost power to our building. George & Leo still performed a few steps of service before they left for the night. I was amazed at their attitude in the dark shop. They returned the next morning to do the remainder of the work and did all the necessary treatment of the vehicle. Myself and the other managers are very impressed by the work of SERVPRO.
